Current Champions are encouraged to recruit their colleagues. Consult these resources for talking points, tools and guidance on recruiting or refer colleagues to the following sources for more info:

We all have things in our lives we’d like to improve—finances, job, partner, house, etc. All of us know that nothing will improve by itself. We need to do things differently to make that happen. Without change, there’d be no improvements. 4. Life values Get away from the problem. While it might seem like running away, if you can move somewhere where troubled memories don’t follow you wherever you go, you open the door to a new mindset, and that, coupled with a new environment, can lead to better things that can turn a negative into a positive. So next time you get the temptation to avoid or resist the change, aim instead to initiate the ones that will lead you to where you want be. We welcome referrals from a wide range of organisations, including local authorities, youth offending services, courts and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) throughout the UK. Our physical, emotional, and spiritual state changes as we get older. What we can control, however, is how we feed our minds and our bodies. The level of change made by young people on the programme varied. Overall, the proportion of young people with a clinical level of need on any standardised measure fell from 27% at the start of the programme to 18% by the end of the programme. This was statistically significant, although it is not possible to attribute any change solely to the programme as the sample size was small and there was no comparison group.
